Xiaomi launches the MIIW wireless keyboard and mouse, text typing by voice, priced from $ 25 to $ 45

Recently, Xiaomi continued to launch new mouse and keyboard products on its crowdfunding platform. These are two models of the MIIW Keyboard Elite wireless keyboard and MIIW Keyboard 85, along with a sample of MIIW Mouse Elite wireless mouse.

MIIW Keyboard Elite wireless keyboard has an 85-key design, using scissor mechanism. Support two types of connection are Bluetooth and wireless receiver. The design of this keyboard has rounded corners, the keycap is also round and has a thickness of 7.8mm.

Between the Alt and Ctrl keys on the right is a voice recognition activation key. Pressing this key will activate the Xunfei Voice Pack, allowing users to enter text by voice instead of typing. This feature can also be used to quickly look up the weather, or perform many other smart commands.

MIIW Keyboard 85 wireless keyboard is a cheaper version, designed similar to MIIW Keyboard Elite. However, the main difference is that MIIW Keyboard 85 does not have Xunfei Voice Pack activation key. MIIW Keyboard 85 also has more colors to choose from (black, white, pink), while MIIW Keyboard Elite only comes in black.

To sync, Xiaomi also launched the MIIW Mouse Elite wireless mouse. There are two connection modes: Bluetooth and regular wireless USB receiver. The mouse has a symmetrical design, a dust-proof magnetic housing and height-changing design to suit different users’ hands.

The selling price of the MIIW Keyboard Elite wireless keyboard is 299 yuan (42 USD). The cheaper version of MIIW Keyboard 85 is 179 yuan (25 USD). MIIW Mouse Elite wireless mouse is priced at 299 yuan (42 USD).
