VietNamNet Bridge – Software helping parents, caretakers and medical staff to detect early developmental and autism spectrum disorders, provide information and give advice on early intervention in order to build appropriate intervention programmes will be introduced at an event to take place at the Archemedes Junior High School in Hanoi on October 11.

The software, named A365, has been developed as part of a project on smart care for children with autism by the Centre for Creative Initiatives in Health and Population (CCIHP) and the Vietnam Autism Network.

The project is also aided by Grand Challenges Canada and supported by local and international experts.

The event is expected to be a significant activity for children with autism and their parents, bringing a valuable message of awareness to the community.

Autism has become a great concern for the entire society as the number of children with autism in Vietnam is increasing at an alarming rate.

The early detection of autism is urgent and crucial as it can bring effective intervention opportunities and help children integrate into society.
