The user explains: “Basically, the top, left hinge will move but the right side will get stuck … I have to push the hinge by myself so that it aligns correctly in the folded position”.

Many other users said that the hinge problem affects the appearance of the machine because the two screens are no longer aligned. But what’s even worse is that the replacement machines that were sent back to customers by Microsoft have the same problem.
