Apple finalizes iPhone 15 Pro Max design, last minute changes are far from rumors

However, according to a recent source, the iPhone 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max will not use the volume keys seamlessly as rumored for the past few weeks. Instead, the two devices still use the familiar two-key design, like the iPhone 14 Pro.

According to Unknownz21 until earlier this week, Apple is still developing solid-state buttons, providing haptic feedback instead of the physical buttons that have been used for the past 10 years. However, the source said that the silent key will be changed, no longer having to push down, just press the button. The source said that Apple internally calls this the “Action button” or “alarm button”, and can be customized similar to the button on the Apple Watch Ultra.

Unknownz21’s source revealed that Apple is not ready to bring pressure-sensitive buttons to the iPhone 15 Pro, so the company will stick with physical buttons with this year’s iPhone generation, and take time to perfect. Designed to be carried on the iPhone 16 Pro.
