“The mission of Anphabe, particularly of the Vietnam Best Places to Work survey, is to help enterprises to become Best Places To Work, where employees engage, contribute all their best and bring sustainable values to their companies and society and gain personal values in return as well,” said Thanh Nguyen, CEO of Anphabe.

This year’s survey, conducted online from September 2015 to December 2015, saw the participation of 22,688 experienced employees of hundreds of leading enterprises coming from 24 industries nationwide.

Vietnam 100 Best Places to Work ranking is based on results of external employer brand health measurement and excludes internal employee participant, which means internal votes are totally extracted.
