Zalo has a problem that can’t send messages

According to the feedback of many users, around the early afternoon of today (November 4), they could not send text messages or images on the Zalo application. When performing tasks, the app keeps showing the “cannot connect” message.

Notably, the problem appeared on both the computer application version and the phone application of Zalo. However, Zalo’s messaging platform on the web browser still allows users to send and receive messages. Therefore, this is a temporary alternative for users who are in need of communication through the Zalo application.

Now the app is back to normal. However, Zalo has not yet commented on the cause of the above incident.
