“AMD is working with Samsung on the next generation Exynos SoC, which will feature custom AMD RDNA 2 architecture-based graphics, bringing Ray Tracing and Variable Rate Shading capabilities to the leading mobile devices,” AMD emphasized in its Computex press release.

Dr. Su also announced that Samsung will share more details about the new 5G chipset “later this year”. With this statement, Samsung is likely to launch the successor to Exynos 2100 this year.
