Vingroup collected more than 4,800 billion VND from selling cars, motorcycles, and phones in the first 3 months of the year

Vingroup has just announced the consolidated financial statements for the first quarter of 2021 with a total net revenue of 23,294 billion dong, a sharp increase of 52% year-on-year thanks to the continued handover and revenue recognition at Ba Dai. As at 31/3/2021, Vingroup’s total assets reached 419,833 billion VND, equivalent to the beginning of the year and equity reached 139,744 billion VND, an increase of 3% compared to the beginning of the year.

In Vingroup’s revenue structure, real estate sales are still the mainstay, reaching VND 10,656 billion, an increase of 55% over the same period last year thanks to the growth in handover at the three major Vinhomes projects.

Revenue from leasing real estate investment and related services in the first quarter of 2021 reached 1,885 billion dong, up 5% over the same period last year.

Revenue from tourism and entertainment activities in the first quarter of 2021 reached 933 billion VND, down 48% compared to the same period last year because in the first quarter of this year, the tourism and hotel industry continued to be affected by the expansion.
