Finally, with the act of defrauding the property, Vinath was convicted by the court of fraud and misappropriation of federal property. In addition to being sentenced to three years in prison, this person must also pay back the amount of $ 85,000. Even purchased Pokemon cards have been revoked.

It is known that the Pokemon card that Vinath tried to buy was the first version of the Pokemon Charizard card. This is a card that is considered to be super rare among collectors. It is currently ranked 13th among the most valuable Pokemon cards in the world.
