At CES 2023, ASUS introduced the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED laptop with 3D display and motion tracking technology. This product is aimed at creatives, especially in the audio/visual or design industries.

In terms of configuration, ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED is equipped with 13th generation Intel Core HX chip, accompanied by 64GB of DDR5 RAM (4,800MHz, SO-DIMM upgradeable) and two M2 slots to upgrade storage capacity up to 8TB. Compared to the previous generation, the use of Intel HX chip helps to double the number of multipliers (16 vs 8) and the number of threads to 24. In addition, according to ASUS, the machine is also equipped with the next-generation NVIDIA GeForce RTX GPU, but did not specify the model.

But, the most impressive point of ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED will definitely be the screen. It has a size of 16 inches, uses OLED technology, 3.2K resolution (3200 x 2000), 120Hz refresh rate, 100% coverage of DCI-P3 range and 0.2 millisecond response time. But most importantly, it offers a glasses-free 3D experience and eye-tracking technology.

ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED brings Spatial Vision technology to transform 2D content into vivid 3D. This is considered the ideal device for designers, allowing them to view 3D works more realistically.

The screen of the device is made up of many layers with an OLED panel on top of optical plastic, a glass plate, a lenticular lens layer, a 2D/3D liquid crystal conversion layer and finally a glass coating with a layer of glass. anti-reflective coating. Viewing a 3D model on the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED feels like it’s bouncing off the screen, as long as you’re in the right position.

In parallel, ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED also launched “ASUS Dial”, a physical spinning wheel located right next to the touchpad. ASUS Dial supports many popular applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, allowing content creators to adjust parameters quickly and accurately.

ASUS hasn’t announced pricing for the ProArt Studiobook 16 3D OLED and only says it will hit shelves in Q2 2023.
