1. Is the industry of the hardworking "bees"

You will be no different from the old days at all, sorting rice and beans, or like kids sitting and playing "Find the Difference" game. Your job is to be really focused, compare, compare customer requirements with the Dev version, see if they are the same? Or does it run smoothly? Then you sit back note the errors, errors are not correct, describe in detail for Dev to understand and fix it. It's not easy for people who don't have perseverance and patience, right?

2. Being gentle and sociable

If you are not an easy and sociable person, it will be difficult for you to do Tester. So most of the Tester is "gon" it. If you are not gentle, then it will be difficult for you to work with Dev whenever a bug occurs, if not just a tense "fight" to solve the big bug or even the baby. tiny. Try to put yourself in the position of a Dev, you sit back and write code, pimples, scoliosis, and then just finished a project. Afterwards, a "young woman" named Tester came to give you a list of bugs from small to large, will you find it a bit uncomfortable? I have not considered the Dev that Fresher or Senior, because anyone who wrote the product has a bug, if there is no bug, that Dev is a saint. Back to the story of "young woman Tester" raised the list of bugs, then added a sentence "Bug a lot, bro, fix it", whatever the mood is down =)) instead, it will say "Hey there. some bugs, please see and fix them for me ", there! Is it cool and fun to fix bugs. So Tester should also be skillful and gentle. If you do not get along, then it will be difficult for you to work with Dev. Being sociable is also an essential element for Tester. For example, you just go to the company to do Tester, find bugs, logbug and test, so boring, right? No communication, no talking to people, especially Dev, your bug is also very difficult (of course it will have to be dead soon). What I mean is sociability, which not only serves you in your company, but also your life. When you are sociable and happy, everything is easy to solve, but when you keep wearing a taciturn face or refuse to open your mouth to say a sentence, it seems that the story is difficult to last or solve. so beautiful". Be sociable, happy with everyone in the company, especially Dev, then you will receive a lot of dentistry, especially smiles from Dev.

3. Being definitive and determined

If you are the hardest person to follow, in that direction or simply the person who just beat it, you will be hard to be a Tester. For a tester, tenderness is necessary but also need to attach a bit of firmness, otherwise you will be broken by Dev in their direction. When you give a bug to Dev, make sure you have tested it many times, at least 3 times to "fight" with the Dev. Because actually, some Dev people are quite "stubborn", they will not accept bugs though it is fluent there. So be very resolute and definitely point out the details of the Dev's face

4. Be a good "detective"

I say "detective" here is not a deep, talented guy. "Detective" here is that you know how to detect, find bugs well and accurately. Do not just stand in the corner to sit test according to the #testcase that you have defined, sometimes use your experience / experience, to bring "more" good bugs, causing Dev to startle that Lead must also have a good eye. So you're taking you to a level in that Lead's mind. So, become a good "detective", be persuasive for all kinds of bugs, not "Tester" to follow the bug.
