Samsung Ventures invests in Vietnamese startup using AI to support sleep

The two sides did not disclose the investment amount, but Samsung Ventures said that through this investment, Samsung Ventures aims to support Earable® Neuroscience to expand globally, including the Korean market.

A representative of Samsung Ventures said: “We recognized the great potential of FRENZ® Brainband because of the advanced core technology that the company owns. FRENZ® Brainband is a pioneer in the sleep technology industry with the ability to unleash brain power”.

According to Yahoo Finance, this financial investment shows that Samsung Ventures has realized the potential of Earable®’s FRENZ® Brainband product in applying high technology to sleep.

Yahoo Finance quoted Tam Vu, CEO of Earable: “From the early days of our establishment, our vision was to bring the application of neuroscience closer to people’s lives. Previously, this company has successfully raised capital of 6.8 million USD from famous investment funds such as Founders Fund, Smilegate Investment, 500 Startup… Earable is planning to raise Series A capital in the fourth quarter of 2023.
