Samsung mocks Apple for ‘learning’ the name Ultra and green from the S22 Ultra

During the recent Peak Performance event, Apple launched the M1 Ultra chip and the green iPhone 13/Pro. Very quickly, Samsung did not pass up the opportunity to mock Apple because the name and color resembled the Galaxy S22 Ultra.

The South Korean tech giant seems to hint that Apple took inspiration from their products, tweeting: “Ultra? Green? We feel really proud.”

Samsung has always used the name “Ultra” for its most high-end flagships, including the S22 Ultra, and the S22 Ultra also had a green version before the iPhone 13. Samsung calls the green color of the S22 Ultra the S22 Ultra. “Zeta green”, while Apple calls the new green color option for the iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Pro series “green” and “Alpine blue”, respectively.

However, netizens were quick to point out the flaws in Samsung’s mockery. Since Apple had green iPhones before and even went back in time to 1998, Apple released a green iMac so… Samsung is the one that imitates Apple.

Next, many people have said that Samsung only knows how to quickly mock Apple without thinking that they have “followed” the Apple many times, giving up the 3.5mm jack to removing the charger from the box.
