Red Magic 7 is coming with 135W super fast charging and hidden camera under the screen

Recently, there has been a lot of information and leaked images about the Red Magic 7, Nubia’s most advanced gaming smartphone. Like previous generations, Nubia will launch many variants of the Red Magic series, one of which is the version with a transparent back, also known as the Transparent Edition.

The render image of the Red Magic 7 transparent version has also recently been leaked, showing that Nubia will redesign the main camera cluster on the back of the device, the remaining details of the design are still inherited from previous Red Magic 6 and 6S series.

From the image above we can see that the main camera cluster of Red Magic 7 has been redesigned with 3 lenses and LED flash placed in a square module. In addition, on the back, we also see the words “Under Display Camera”, revealing that this device will have a selfie camera hidden under the screen.

Nubia also posted teaser poster images for the upcoming Red Magic 7. Specifically, the device will come with the most powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip, with AnTuTu Benchmark performance score of up to 1.1 million points.

In addition, Nubia said that it has successfully developed 165W super fast charging technology and is ready for commercialization with its first product, the world’s first 165W GaN charger. However, the Red Magic 7 will still only support 135W fast charging technology, allowing to fully charge the 5000mAh battery in just 15 minutes.

Nubia Red Magic 7 will soon be unveiled at a launch event held in China on February 17.
