That entails a change in service usage traffic in these localities. Therefore, the operator has increased capacity and transmission lines in provinces and cities that are expected to grow due to traffic movement during the Tet holiday.

Along with that, the plan to ensure information security for 104 festival spots held across the country has also been implemented by VNPT with solutions to upgrade/add stations or add mobile broadcasting vehicles for these points. have large traffic.

MobiFone operator also said that it has applied AI technology and big data as well as arranged human resources to ensure a stable and smooth network during the New Year’s Eve.

Specifically, MobiFone has increased the total number of 3G/4G stations to 75,000 nationwide, increased 4G coverage to rural and mountainous areas to serve the needs of customers moving from urban areas, city ​​to go home to celebrate Tet.

The international, inter-provincial and intra-provincial transmission network infrastructure has also been reviewed by MobiFone, readying plans to expand to prevent congestion in important directions, ensuring voice quality, international services, international roaming, etc. ensure international communication in the way and back during the holidays are not interrupted, service loss.

In addition, representatives of the network operators said that they have planned in detail, implemented plans, and arranged human resources to respond to information 24/7 to ensure network safety and security.

During Tet holidays, the network operators are fully staffed to handle and support customers. The operator switchboards are ready to promptly answer all questions and support customers when needed.
