LG Gram 2021 debut: QHD 16:10 screen, Intel Core 11th generation, thin and light but still full of ports

LG has recently introduced the new generation of LG Gram 2021 ultra-thin and light laptops, drastically upgrading the screen and performance with the latest 11th generation Intel Core i processor.

The LG Gram 2021 series includes 5 versions: LG Gram 17 (17Z90P), LG Gram 16 (16Z90P), LG Gram 14 (14Z90P), LG Gram 2-in-1 16 (16T90P) and LG Gram 2-in-1. 14 (14T90P).

In terms of design, the LG Gram still carries a minimalist appearance similar to its predecessor. The entire body is finished from metal but still super light weight. Despite the name “Gram”, but this year’s 2021 series only has a LG Gram 14 version weighing less than 1kg (0.99kg to be exact), while the remaining 4 Gram models all weigh from 1.2 up to 1.5kg, similar to most ultrabook models today.

The screen of LG Gram 2021 will have the same size as the name, resolution from Full HD to QHD, using IPS panels, a ratio of 19:10 and display support for 99% of the DCI- P3. In addition, LG also said it has redesigned the keyboard and trackpad of the LG Gram with a larger size, more responsive and more convenient to operate when typing.

In terms of performance, all 5 LG Gram models this year will be equipped with the latest 11th-generation Intel Core chip, accompanied by integrated graphics card Intel Iris Xe Graphics or UHD Graphics. With a slim design and powerful performance, the LG Gram 2021 is certified by Intel EVO, one of the certifications that show LG Gram meets the requirements of an Intel ultrabook, including time. at least 9 hours of battery life, fast boot … According to LG, the Gram 2021 series can provide up to 19.5 hours of battery life.

LG Gram 2021 will be available in 8GB RAM or 16GB LPDDR4x RAM options, and an NVMe M2 SSD with optional storage. The device is equipped with ports such as USB Thunderbolt 4, HDMI, microSD card slot and 3.5mm headphone jack. In addition, LG Gram 2021 also supports Wi-Fi 6, integrated fingerprint sensor, durability meets US military standards and runs on Windows 10 license.

Currently, LG has not announced the official price and timing of the LG Gram 2021 series.
