iPhone 12 reveals a photo of a sturdy braided charging cord

On the Internet has appeared quite authentic photos of the iPhone 12’s braided charging cable. These photos further confirm rumors from July that the iPhone 12 will be equipped with a stylish and sturdy braided charger.

The latest photo posted by the Mr-white account on Twitter, quite consistent with the previous revelations. Accordingly, the iPhone 12’s braided charger cord uses a USB-C port, the other end connects to the phone using the Lightning standard.

Apple now equips a braided charger for the Mac Pro computer, with a similar design but of course not identical. The Mac Pro’s braided cable has an extra sheath that protects the charging connector junction, the iPhone 12’s cable doesn’t.

The current iPhone’s charging cord is pretty much criticized, because it is prone to wear and tear at the charging head junction. But braided cables will be stronger, as they withstand pulling, bending and twisting. Braiding material also creates a more luxurious look.

Anyway, users will also have to be prepared for the iPhone 12 not bundled with a charger, or even headphones. This will make iPhone users unhappy.

The official launch date of iPhone 12 is unknown. The Apple event in September this year does not include the launch of the new iPhone, which is believed to be due to the Covid-19 epidemic affecting production.
