Internet speed in Vietnam is lower than the world average but still in the top 60

Ookla, the company behind Speedtest, says the data is collected by the company from more than 10,000 servers in more than 190 countries. From 2019, the company tests 3,333 tests per month with fixed broadband and 670 tests with mobile network.
