Hackers Philippines attacked the Vietnamese web, retaliated against losing Facebook

The hacker group called FilTech Hacker Philippines has just launched an attack on seven websites of Vietnamese individuals and organizations.

There is a cyber attack campaign launched by Filipino hackers targeting Vietnam. These attacks are aimed at retaliating that many Philippine accounts are “hacked” by Vietnamese.

Previously, on August 3, on the Philippine Cyberpage fanpage, an article appeared reflecting the fact that some Filipino Facebook accounts were for sale on Vietnamese websites. The article also explains the weaknesses of users of the Philippines social network, which is often used by Vietnamese tricker.

(Tricker is understood to be people who find vulnerabilities on Facebook but do not announce that they use it for personal purposes, such as hijacking other people’s Facebook accounts.)

After this information was posted with hundreds of shares and comments, it attracted great attention from the Philippine online community. This is considered a direct cause of some small attacks by Filipino hackers to retaliate against Vietnamese users.

The attack changed the look of websites, instead of the usual website content, the culprit left the words FilTech Hacker Philippines. This is a Filipino hacker group led by a hacker nicknamed Gr3ySh4DoW. The culprit later shared this on Facebook personally as a way to show off “trophy”.
Immediately after this incident, the Philippine fanpage Cyber ​​Eagle continued to publish more information to incite Filipino network users. Among these, there are threats to knock down the website of Dong Nai Customs Department and many Vietnamese fanpage and group on Facebook.

Before Vietnamese websites were hacked, the local online community came to the Filipino hackers’ accounts and fanpages to express their indignation through comments.
