Galaxy A23 5G version launched with the same design, Snapdragon 695 chip

Samsung recently quietly introduced the Galaxy A23 5G, an upgraded version of the network connectivity of the Galaxy A23 launched earlier this year.

In terms of appearance, the Galaxy A23 5G has an unchanged design compared to the 4G version. The machine still has the back and frame finished from plastic, including 4 color options: orange, blue, black and white. The camera cluster is placed in a rectangular module in the left corner, consisting of 4 lenses with unchanged parameters: 50MP wide angle with OIS optical stabilization, 5MP super wide angle, 2MP macro and 2MP depth measurement.

On the front, Samsung still equips the A23 5G with a 6.6-inch TFT LCD screen, FHD resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. This screen uses the Infinity-V “waterdrop” design with an 8MP selfie camera.

In terms of performance, this is also the only significant upgrade on the 5G version. Instead of equipping Snapdragon 680, Samsung brings Snapdragon 695 5G chip to Galaxy A23 5G. This is the cheapest 5G processor of the 600 series from Qualcomm, appearing on many smartphones such as OPPO Reno7 Z 5G, Reno8 Z 5G or Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G… It has 4GB / 6GB RAM or 8GB with the same set. 64GB or 128GB storage, expandable microSD card support. The battery has a capacity of 5000mAh, supports 25W fast charging.

Currently, the price of Galaxy A23 5G has not been announced. In Vietnam, Galaxy A23 4G is sold with a list price of 6,190,000 VND, being reduced to just over 5 million VND at some retail systems.
