Page 9to5Mac reported that people who are using iOS 13 beta, iPadOS 13 and macOS Catalina were able to connect to their accounts via Face ID and Touch ID.
Users of test operating systems accessing beta.icloud.com on Safari browser will see a window pop up asking if they want to use biometric methods to log in to the account.
In devices with Face ID, you will be asked to use this feature, while other devices including Macbook Pro with Touchbar will use fingerprint scanning. After that, you can connect the account using the above method instead of using the usual 2-layer security.

9to5Mac said that this is a new feature convenient for users, expected to be used by Apple in the operating system officially launched in September. We can use it to be the only password to log in. website, like Facebook and Google did.
Signing in with Face ID and Touch ID on iCloud is much easier and safer than manually entering information. Apple Marketing Vice President Phil Schiller once identified Face ID’s information disclosure rate as 1/1 million, making it one of the safest ways to reduce security risks for most users.
