An industry knowledgeable person also said that these portable sources have a third party that stands out to receive the products, then send them back to the places bought for warranty.

For example, an iPhone may only be damaged by a charger, but according to Apple’s warranty policy, it can be changed to a new product. Taking advantage of this, some people will take components like the screen, the board of that machine, swap the same but broken components and send them to be exchanged for new ones. As such, these people have both renewed machines and “plots” of components from old machines for sale.
