A month after the price collapse, which retail chain is selling the cheapest iPhone 14 Pro Max, iPhone 13…?

After about a month of unprecedented fierce fighting with uncompromising responses from technology retail chains, how is the price of a series of “hot” phone models such as iPhone 14 Pro max, Samsung S23… now? ?

In early 2023, the domestic technology market witnessed a “fierce” price war between Vietnamese retailers. The peak was about a month ago, stemming from the message “The price is too cheap” from The Gioi Di Dong (TGDD) and the response “Cheaper than too cheap” by FPT Shop. Immediately, Mobile Viet also welcomed with the message “Cheaper than Cheap”, helping the system make a strong impression on the community during the past time.

After this move for about a month, the price at technology retail chains in Vietnam has shown a clear difference.

Some retailers have started to increase the selling price from a few dozen to a few hundred thousand dong for some models. For example, the 128GB iPhone 14 Pro Max series, the best-selling model at retailers, has previously been continuously reduced to only VND 26 million, among the cheapest in the world.

Recorded at the website of a few retailers on June 1, at TGDD, the price of iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB is currently VND 26.54 million (purchased online), at CellphoneS it is VND 26.59 million. The selling price at these two agents has increased by about 100,000 VND compared to the previous week. Meanwhile, the selling price of this model at FPT Shop is 26.43 million VND, an increase of several tens of thousands of VND. Particularly for Vietnamese Mobile, iPhone 14 Pro Max 128GB is only 26.19 million VND.

With 128GB iPhone 13 line, at TGDD is priced at 16.99 million VND, at FPT Shop it is priced at 16.98 million VND, CellphoneS is priced at 16.69 million VND. At Mobile Viet, the price of the device is only 15.99 million VND.

Similarly, the cheapest 64GB iPhone 11 is still at Mobile Vietnam with the price continuing to “break the bottom”, only VND 9.99 million. TGDD, FPT Shop and CellphoneS are priced at VND 10.39 million (buy online), VND 10.48 million and VND 10.35 million, respectively.

Even the latest Samsung flagship, Galaxy S23 Ultra 256GB at TGDD and FPT Shop is priced at VND 26.99 million, CellphoneS costs VND 26.03 million. At Mobile Viet, this model is 3 million VND cheaper than other houses, only 23.99 million VND.

Currently, the selling prices listed on the websites of retail systems are continuously updated and adjusted regularly, partly showing that the fierceness and tension of the price war is still ongoing.

A representative of Mobile Viet said that due to the difficult economic situation, the system wants to accompany users and stimulate market demand. Therefore, the prices here are always competitive, helping customers save costs, optimize spending and avoid financial pressure.
