RMIT Vietnam’s valedictorian valedictorian in 2019 Vo Thi Cam Linh is the only female graduate of the university with an impressive score of 3.94 / 4.0.
Currently holding the position of DevOps – software development and operation engineer at a Danish information technology and business consulting company, former RMIT Vietnam student Vo Thi Cam Linh encourages female students to follow. pursue a career in science and technology and be boldly committed to doing what you want.
“Follow what you love and be good at, and make the most of your school time. Gender does not affect your academic achievement as well as your job choice but an effort ”, shared by RMIT alumni Vo Thi Cam Linh.

Identifying herself as a thinking and critical person, female student Vo Thi Cam Linh shared that her curious nature wanted to know “how to develop an application” that led this girl to study major. Information technology at RMIT Vietnam.
“I want to learn programming languages to develop applications myself. Starting off was not easy, I had to put in a lot of effort and persevere to the end, ”shared the former student of RMIT Vietnam who found herself a job even before completing the program.
Anna Felipe, lecturer of the Faculty of Science and Technology, RMIT University Vietnam, highly appreciated the competence that Vo Thi Cam Linh showed during her time at the school.
“The project that Cam Linh’s team has developed in Technical Software Project Management is virtual assistant for smart home. This virtual assistant can do things like control the brightness of the lights, monitor security camera systems, and entertain.
“Cam Linh has also completed a project to add features to teaching and learning channels that help teachers and students exchange in real time, especially online and livestream (live video streaming),” lecturer Anna Felipe said.

The student also actively participated in the RMIT Vietnam Engineering Experience Festival for two consecutive years, one of the experience days, Cam Linh was the one who led the trial session with the topic “Self create your own website ”.
