Lot of medical masks are sold at 4pm on Xiaomi Youpin. Due to the high demand for the product, the site decided to limit one person to one box of masks. Each box contains 20 masks that cost approximately VND 133,000. The rates will be further reduced, especially for customers in Hubei center.

After the site crash, Xiaomi apologized for the problem, and explained that the site traffic spiked and exceeded the company’s imagination, making the server unable to handle in time. .

Xiaomi Youpin also pledged to open a new batch of medical masks soon on the website as soon as available.
