As expected, Xiaomi will hold a 10th anniversary event on August 11. During this event, the company is expected to launch the Redmi K30 Extreme Commemorative Edition and Xiaomi Mi 10 Extreme Commemorative Edition, otherwise known as Mi 10 Ultra.
Recently, the specifications of Mi 10 Ultra have suddenly leaked in an article posted on Weibo. According to the source, Xiaomi will use premium materials on the Mi 10 Ultra to create a different highlight compared to other smartphones in the same series.
The phone will come in two different versions, one with a transparent back and the other with a ceramic back. The ceramic back variant will come with two configuration options: 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM and 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM, while the transparent back will have 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM and 16GB RAM + 512GB ROM.
In addition to the specifications, the design of the Mi 10 Ultra is also revealed through the case image shared online. If this information is correct, Mi 10 Ultra will have a large rectangular camera cluster on the back, upgraded from a regular telephoto camera to a periscope telephoto lens, with digital zoom up to 100x or 120x.
Mi 10 Ultra will be equipped with Snapdragon 865 or 865+ processor, using AMOLED screen with Full HD + resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The device comes with a 4500mAh capacity battery, supports 120W wired fast charging and 55W wireless fast charging.
Regarding the camera, according to leaked sources, one of the 4 main cameras on the back of Mi 10 Ultra will have 48MP resolution, it is not clear whether there is a 108MP camera or not. In addition, the phone also supports 8K 10-bit HDR10 video recording.
