Xiaomi launches new “Master Series” OLED TV: 65-inch, ultra-thin bezel, 120Hz, running MIUI TV, priced at VND 43 million

Xiaomi today launched a new line of TVs, the Xiaomi TV Master Series at the Mi TV event in China. The new Master Series of Xiaomi inherits a borderless screen design on all four sides, along with a seamless metal frame. With this design, Xiaomi claims this is a product with a screen-to-body ratio of up to 98%. In addition, the new TV models of this series will also come with a transparent stand with integrated light system.


According to Xiaomi, the new TV product line will be equipped with a 65-inch OLED screen panel, 4K resolution and a scan frequency of up to 120Hz MEMC. This monitor will also support high quality image display with 10 bit colors, Delta E 1.5 color difference and 98.3% DCI-P3 color range support. The response speed of the screen is 1ms, supports HDR, VRR from 40Hz – 120Hz (variable scan frequency) …


At the launch event, Xiaomi said that it has equipped with AI Master technology that allows to improve the AI processing capabilities of the product. The new TV also supports audio-visual technologies from Dolby so that users can enjoy the same experience as outside the cinema. Product built-in 9 speakers with a total capacity of 65W.

In terms of performance, Xiaomi’s new TV line is equipped with a chip from MediaTek (unnamed code) with 8 cores including 4 Cortex-A73 cores and 4 Mali G52 MC1 graphics cores. 3GB RAM capacity and 32GB storage.

Regarding connectivity, Xiaomi equips the product with 2 USB ports, 3 HDMI ports, 1 AV signal port, 1 ATV / DTMB port, 1 Ethernet network port and 1 S / PDIF port.

Xiaomi TV Master 65 inch OLED TV is currently being sold in China with a price of 12,999 yuan, equivalent to over 40 million VND, to hit shelves on July 3. This is a fairly cheap price for a TV device using a 120Hz 4K OLED panel.
