Xiaomi launches Mi Watch Lite international: 9-day battery, heart rate monitor, 5ATM waterproof, price about 50 USD

Last month, Xiaomi launched the Redmi Watch, the first smartwatch branded Redmi. Today, Xiaomi launched the international version of the Redmi Watch with the official name Mi Watch Lite. This smart watch will be sold in markets outside of China, so that users in Vietnam will easily buy and use it than the Redmi Watch.

In terms of design and specs, the Mi Watch Lite is essentially a Redmi Watch. The watch has a simple design with a square face, weighs only 35G with a strap and 31g without a strap. It comes in three colors: black, ivory white and navi blue, with five different color bands.

The dial features a 2.5D curved design, matte painted body and metal buttons. The strap is a leather-friendly TPU material, unfortunately there is no other material strap option.

Mi Watch Lite has a 1.4-inch TFT color touch screen, pixel density of 323 PPI, with more than 120 dials that can be changed at will.

In terms of features, Mi Watch Lite supports heart rate monitoring, sleep monitoring and sports tracking. It can record heart rate variability for 24 hours, average resting heart rate for 30 days, and includes a breathing exercise function. Mi Watch Lite has up to 11 sports tracking modes.

The smartwatch can also track your calorie consumption, step count, how many times you get up and remind you to stay active while sitting for too long.

Mi Watch Lite is equipped with 230 mAh battery, which Xiaomi claims can be used up to 9 days on a single charge. The watch is also 5ATM water resistant (50m depth).

Currently, Xiaomi has not disclosed the price of Mi Watch Lite. However, the Redmi Watch is priced at around $ 45.5, so the Mi Watch Lite is said to be priced around $ 50.
