After a long wait, Xiaomi has just officially launched the Mi TV Stick – the first Android TV Box model with its compact design. The company also introduced a 34-inch curved gaming screen and brand new true wireless headphones.
Mi TV Stick
Starting with the Mi TV Stick, this is an Android TV Box model about the size of a USB stick. With such a compact design, you absolutely can take it with you whenever traveling, going out or visiting the homes of friends and relatives.
The product supports exporting images with a maximum resolution of Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels), possessing the same features as the Mi TV Box series. Therefore, it can fully meet the entertainment needs of users, from listening to music, watching movies to playing games right on the computer screen, TV and projector.
The Mi TV Stick runs Android TV 9.0, with ChromeCast built-in to transfer content from your phone to your TV. It comes with a Bluetooth remote control with dedicated keys for Netflix, Prime Video and support for voice control via the virtual assistant Google Assistant.
This “mini” Android TV Box is equipped with a quad-core CPU, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of memory. In addition, it also supports Dolby Audio and DTS audio technologies. The product has a physical size of 92.4 x 30.2 x 15.2mm and weighs 28.5 grams, expected to hit the shelves for 39.99 Euro (about 1.1 million).
Mi Curved Gaming Monitor 34 ”
In addition to the Mi TV Stick, Xiaomi has also launched a new curved screen gaming model, fully named Mi Curved Gaming Monitor 34 “. This product is equipped with a 34-inch screen with WQHD (3440 x resolution) 1440 pixels), 144Hz refresh rate, and 21: 9 aspect ratio.
The monitor has a color gamut of 121% sRGB, a curvature of 1500R (curved with a radius of 1.5 meters) – a level close to the human eye, helping to optimize the viewing angle and bring a true experience. In terms of connectivity, it is equipped with 2 HDMI ports and 2 Display Ports.
The price that Xiaomi offers for the Mi Curved Gaming Monitor 34 ”is 399 Euro (approximately 10.6 million), expected to hit shelves in Europe by the end of July this year.
Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic
The last product that Xiaomi launched today is a model of wireless headphones, called Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic. The headset still owns the same design as the Mi True Wireless Earphones 2, but comes with a completely different charging case.
The headset only has a white option and is quite thick. Each earcup is equipped with a 14.2mm driver and supports touch gesture control. In addition, it also supports automatic pairing and connection, stopping playing music when users remove the headset.
Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic has a battery life of 5 hours and lasts up to 20 hours if used in conjunction with a charging case (charging using USB-C port). The headset supports Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, SBC and AAC audio decoding. Besides, it also has a built-in dual microphone to eliminate noise and provide better conversation quality.
As expected, Xiaomi will start selling Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic from July 20 with a preferential price of only 34.99 Euro (about 925,000 VND). After the promotion period expires, it will hit the shelves with a retail price of 39.99 Euro (equivalent to 1.1 million VND).
