Will there be no Samsung Galaxy Note21 and the Galaxy Note line officially dead this year?

The industry has long speculated that Samsung is considering the death of the Galaxy Note line and according to two latest sources, the Korean electronics company has just made this decision within the company’s internal framework.

In other words, we won’t be able to see any Galaxy Note21 launch this year. The infamous Leaker @Ice Universe has also confirmed this information and confirmed that the Galaxy Note series has officially ended its life cycle.

Therefore, the Galaxy Note20 will be the final model of this lineup. Samsung will now focus primarily on the Galaxy S series and foldable smartphones.

Galaxy Note21 may not appear this year, but Samsung will still launch the Galaxy Note20 FE model, according to leaker Ross Young. This is a cheaper version of the Galaxy Note20 but will still offer almost similar features. However, it is unclear when this version will be released.

The death of the Note line

The reason Samsung abandoned the Galaxy Note line is quite simple. Up to now, the Galaxy Note and Galaxy S series are sharing quite a lot of common points in design, configuration and the only difference is probably the S Pen.

Only on the Galaxy Note series, the new S Pen allows users to draw and write in the most natural way and it is also the main reason that many people choose to buy the Galaxy Note.

However, Samsung seems to have found it unreasonable to leave both products on the market. Therefore, Samsung has decided to bring S Pen support to the Galaxy S21 Ultra and it is also planning to support the S Pen on more Galaxy models.
