What to do after a mobile subscriber is locked in one way due to non-standardization of information?

According to the Department of Telecommunications, as of March 31, 2023, there are about 1.85 million subscribers who have not standardized information according to the national population database.

After being locked in one way, subscribers who have not standardized their information will continue to be locked in two ways for the next 15 days. If you continue to not standardize information, after 30 days from the time of two-way locking, that subscriber will be revoked.

What should customers do when a subscriber is locked one-way due to not standardizing information?

The two carriers VinaPhone and MobiFone will continue to allow users to update and standardize subscriber information online at home through two forms: application (My VNPT for VinaPhone, My MobiFone for MobiFone) or update on the official website of the network.

However, after the official subscription period is locked two-way, users cannot perform standardization online at home, information standardization must be done directly at the network’s transaction points. At the same time, unregistered subscribers also need to go directly to transaction points to update information.

Once the information has been standardized, the subscriber who is locked in contact will be automatically re-opened. Therefore, there is still time for users to standardize information when unfortunately subscribers are blocked from one-way communication.

For VinaPhone network , users can standardize information via My VNPT application or via website: https://my.vnpt.com.vn/

For MobiFone operator, users can standardize online information via My MobiFone application or website: https://tttb.mobifone.vn/thay-doi-tttb/

For Viettel network operator , users use mobile phones and access the following link: https://viettel.vn/chuan-hoa-thong-tin , to standardize subscriber information.
