VN wins bronze medal at Microsoft Office Specialist World Champs

Certiport, the leading test delivery solution provider for the global workforce and academic markets, which has just announced winners at the 2015 Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship in the United State’s Dallas city yesterday.

Vietnam had a bronze medal giving by Nguyen Thi Gia Hien, a student of Foreign Trade University. This is the only bronze medal in Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 category that Vietnam grabbed in the finals of this year’s Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship (MOSWC).

This year is the 14th year the competition was held in the world, with participation of 600,000 participants from 80 countries in the world. In the finals, the organizational board selected 150 the best contestants.

In 2014, Vietnam won two bronze medals in the Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint 2010 category with achievement of Tran Minh Tien and Tran Phuc Duy.

The Microsoft Office Specialist World Championship was launched in 2002 for the first time. The contest is a useful playground for students to learn and improve their skills in Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint categories.
