Vivo Y73s 5G debut: Dimensity 720, 3 rear cameras 48MP, 8GB RAM, price 6.9 million

Today (10/10), Vivo has just launched a new mid-range smartphone in China, called Vivo Y73s 5G. The phone owns a large screen, three rear cameras with 48MP main sensor and 18W fast charging support, and is also the first smartphone of Vivo to be equipped with the Dimensity 720 processor from MediaTek.

Vivo Y73s 5G has a 6.44-inch AMOLED display, uses a “water drop” design to accommodate a 16MP selfie camera. The screen of the device has Full HD + resolution, 20: 9 aspect ratio, 103% NTSC color gamut, HDR10 support and integrated fingerprint sensor below.

The device carries the hardware power from the Dimensity 720 processor, combined with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.1 internal memory, but does not support expansion by memory card. It comes pre-installed with FunTouch OS interface based on Android 10 operating system.

On the back, Vivo Y73s is equipped with a vertically arranged 3-camera system, placed in a fairly long rectangular module. The rear camera cluster includes a 48MP main sensor with f / 1.79 aperture, an 8MP super wide-angle camera with a 120-degree viewing angle and a 2MP depth sensor for portrait photography.

The phone comes with a 4100mAh capacity battery, which supports 18W fast charging through the USB-C connector. The device supports 2 SIMs, 5G network connection, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS and has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Selling price and time of release

Vivo Y73s 5G is currently being sold in China with a retail price of 1998 yuan (about 6.9 million dong). The device comes in two color variants to choose from, including Black (Black Mirror) and Gray (Silver Moon).
