In August 2019, projects will begin to receive funding for implementation, with the goal of achieving at least 1 in 4 requirements:

– Have articles published in international journals or reputable research organizations rated Q1 or equivalent;

– Products, services and solutions bring practical benefits to the community;

– Accepting applications for intellectual property registration;

– Master training and domestic doctoral training support.

With the aim of encouraging the development of science and technology for Vietnam and the principle of non-profit operation, procurement and construction assets from projects such as products, solutions, services, intellectual property rights. To receive sponsorship, the project manager must be a scientist with a doctorate, experience and achievements; The number of foreigners participating in the project must not exceed 30%.
