VinFast VF9 electric cars revealed at the factory, impressive design

Some recent images show that there are a number of VinFast VF9 electric cars with relatively complete exteriors located in the Vietnamese automaker’s factory in Hai Phong.

The exterior of this E-size electric SUV is almost 100% complete and similar to the previous design. In terms of appearance, the overall dimensions length x width x height of the Eco version (7 seats) respectively, 5,119 x 2,004 x 1,696 mm, weight 2,830kg.

Meanwhile, the Plus version (7 seats) has dimensions of 5,119 x 2,070 x 1,696 mm. Plus version (6 seats) is 5,119 x 2,070 x 1,696 mm, weight 2,866 kg.

Located in the large luxury SUV segment, VinFast VF9 electric car possesses many modern equipment. It is likely that the electric car will be equipped with a system that automatically lowers the chassis when the engine is off and will raise it when starting the car – a feature that has appeared on previous large SUVs using suspension. air fork (pneumatic).

In addition, the car has full-LED lights, 15.4-inch touch screen, panoramic sunroof. Intelligent driving support features such as: highway driving assistance, automatic lane change, smart parking support, smart vehicle summoning, remote parking support, etc.

VF9 is the largest SUV model in the E-segment segment, suitable for frequent use by carrying many people. The car also has the option of a business seat with a separate second row, designed specifically for the boss and the lady.

The electric car model has many smart utilities and entertainment such as: controlling functions on the car through voice, screen or VinFast application; connecting online shopping, playing video games, entertainment through synchronization with the phone; Receiving and sending voice messages/emails… will also bring exciting travel experiences to customers.

Powering VinFast VF9 is an electric motor with a maximum capacity of 402 horsepower and maximum torque of 640 Nm, accompanied by a 4-wheel drive system. The car is capable of accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.5 seconds.

On the Eco version, VinFast VF9 can travel a maximum distance of up to 485km, while the Plus version has an operating range of about 680km.

In Vietnam, the price of VF9 for battery rental customers will be VND 1,491 billion and VND 1,685 billion, while if the battery is purchased outright, the amount customers have to pay is VND 1,970 billion and VND 2,178 billion.

Customers who order VF 9 from September 1, VinFast only offers a Fixed battery rental package (unlimited monthly usage kilometers). Flexible battery rental rates are no longer available. Fixed battery rental rate of VF 9 is 6.49 million VND/month.

For customers who have made a deposit before September 1, the battery rental rate is still the same as before, which means a fixed monthly package of 3.1 million, or can apply a flexible battery rental policy based on the number of kilometers.

For customers who buy VinFast electric cars before September 1, the company allows to convert the battery rental package between Flexible and Fixed, the conversion cost is 4.12 million VND/time.

Currently, this model has been granted a quality certificate by the Vietnam Register, and is expected to reach customers after VinFast VF8 (about September) a few months.
