This is the official design of Xiaomi 12

After the render images of the Xiaomi 12 Ultra, recently, a well-known leaker in the technology world, OnLeaks, has posted new images revealing the official design of the Xiaomi 12 standard version.

Specifically, according to the new images, Xiaomi 12 will have a completely different design compared to its predecessor. The back of the device will have a camera cluster with redesigned lenses. The new design makes Xiaomi 12 not really high-end because it is quite similar to Xiaomi’s mid-range models, or even similar to vivo’s smartphones.

The standard version Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with a 3-camera system including a 50MP wide-angle camera (sensor unknown), an ultra-wide-angle camera and a depth sensor (or macro). The telephoto lens will be “saved” by Xiaomi for the Pro version, similar to Xiaomi 11 and 11 Pro.

On the front, as revealed by OnLeaks, Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with a 6.2-inch screen that is much smaller than the 6.81-inch size of Xiaomi 11. This screen is still a 4-sided curved screen and has a resolution Full HD + resolution, 120Hz refresh rate.

In terms of performance, Xiaomi 12 will be equipped with the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor that has just been launched by Qualcomm, a 4500mAh battery, and supports 67W fast charging. With the Pro version, the device will have a 5000mAh battery and 100W fast charging. This is just the predicted configuration level.

It is expected that Xiaomi 12 series will be introduced soon this December.
