The room was also the place where the Eiffel engineer used to organize meetings during his time in Paris. The majority of guests at the parties were celebrities and influential people during that period including Thomas Edison.

The room was locked after the engineer died and was only reopened to the public in 2016. However, visitors can only see this room through the glass window, not inside. .
