Samsung President and Head of Mobile Communications Business TM Roh recently revealed that the new Galaxy Note won’t be launched during the August 11 Unpacked event. However, perhaps Samsung fans are still very fond of the Galaxy Note.
Many fans are petitioning Samsung to bring back the Galaxy Note series as early as the first half of next year, when this is usually the time when the new Galaxy S series flagships are launched.
The Change.org petition was started by members of the SamMobile site. This petition urges Samsung to skip the Galaxy S22 series and instead launch a new Galaxy Note in the first half of 2022.
“The Galaxy Note line of smartphones is loved by millions of fans around the world, and they were quite disappointed when Samsung said it would not launch a new Note flagship in 2021, partly due to chip shortages that have occurred. affect the industry”, according to the content of the petition.
Samsung has decided not to launch the Galaxy Note this year. Instead, the company is gearing up to release the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3 on August 11. It’s also launching a new S Pen that’s designed to work with foldable smartphones and will carry Note features to more Samsung Galaxy devices in the future.
The petition’s signatories agree with SamMobile that Samsung “can keep all of its flagship product lines alive by rolling out between them, while keeping all fans of the company alive.” I am satisfied!”
More than 10,000 people have signed the petition with a goal of 15,000 signatures. Once it reaches 15,000 signatures, this petition will be put on the top of Change.org’s list.
However, it is very unlikely that Samsung will pay attention to the request to drop the Galaxy S22 series to switch to the Note series, the Galaxy S21 series has brought success to Samsung and Samsung will probably want to continue that success with the S22. However, we still have hope that the company will bring back the Note line.
