Sony introduces the “Perfect for PlayStation®5” campaign for BRAVIA XR TVs, which have been specifically designed to blend seamlessly with PlayStation 5 (PS5™) and deliver the ultimate gaming experience through picture quality. excellent picture and sound.
The “Perfect for PlayStation®5” TVs will be equipped with two brand new PS5 exclusive features – Auto HDR Tone Mapping and Auto Genre Picture Mode. Auto Genre Picture Mode
The BRAVIA XR TV can detect whether you are playing games or watching movies and TV shows. With the Auto Genre Picture Mode feature, your TV will automatically switch to Game mode when playing games to reduce signal lag for a smoother experience, or Standard when watching movies via streaming services or Ultra HD Blu-ray™ discs on PS5 prioritizes image processing to deliver outstanding quality.
Auto Genre Picture Mode will be available through an upcoming software update for PS5 and BRAVIA TVs at the end of January 2022.

The Sony Bravia XR TV is the ideal match with Sony’s range of audio products, including the HT-A9 sound system or the HT-A7000 and HT-A5000* soundbars.
