According to Forbes, “a smart factory can be defined as a place where a virtual physical network (Cyber ​​physical system) communicates based on the Internet of Things (IoT) to support people and machines in work done “.

Therefore, in order to build a smart factory, besides conditions such as advanced equipment and highly qualified human resources, manufacturers need to build an information technology system (Information Technology) platform. . This platform acts as a language, a common mode of communication between people and machines. MES (Manufacturing Execution System) is such a platform.
