Samsung officially sent invitations to Galaxy Unpacked event, launching Galaxy Z Fold 3, taking place on August 11

Samsung has officially sent out invitations to its next Galaxy Unpacked event, which will take place on August 11. There is no venue, as this will be an online event. The official broadcast time is 7:30pm IST (9pm Vietnam time).

The Korean giant will launch 4 new hardware devices at this Unpacked event. The event has the slogan “Get ready to Unfold”, which is also a hint for the launch of Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. The launch of Galaxy Z Fold 3 is also to replace the Galaxy Note series that will not appears this year, so the Galaxy Z Fold 3 will support the S-Pen.

Alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Watch 4. This will be Samsung’s first smartwatch to run Wear OS, Google’s new operating system. During the I/O event this past May, Google announced the combination of its WearOS operating system with Samsung’s Tizen, resulting in improved performance and better battery life.

Finally, Samsung may launch a new true wireless headset. The leaked information indicates that it will be the Galaxy Buds 2, the successor to the Galaxy Buds launched in 2019.

The FE (Fan Edition) version of the Galaxy S21 may also be available. However, if you’re a fan of the Galaxy Note series, you’ll probably be disappointed. Because Samsung won’t launch a new Galaxy Note this year.
