Samsung Galaxy A90 appeared on Geekbench, confirmed using Snapdragon 855 chip

After the Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 are about to be released, Galaxy A90 is expected to be Samsung’s next smartphone equipped with Snapdragon 855. Rumors about the Galaxy A90 using Snapdragon 855 chip have appeared a few months ago but now new confirmed after this smartphone appears on the Geekbench performance test page.

Appeared on Geekbench with code SM-A908N, Galaxy A90 uses Snapdragon 855 chip, 6GB RAM and runs Android 9 Pie. The motherboard code of A90 is “msmnile”, similar to other Snapdragon 855 chip devices.

Galaxy A90 has 3,458 single core points and 10,852 multi-core points. This score is similar to other Snapdragon 855 smartphones.

According to OnLeaks, Galaxy A90 will have 6.7 inch screen with fingerprint sensor in the screen. The Korean version will have 3 48MP + 8MP + 5MP rear cameras, 5G support and 45W fast charging.

Meanwhile, Galaxy A90 for other markets also use Snapdragon 855 chip and similar screen size but the 3 rear camera cluster changes to 48MP + 12MP + 5MP. The A90 is also equipped with an exclusive feature called “Tilt OIS”.

Currently information about the launch date of the Galaxy A90 has not been disclosed. Most likely this device will be released after Galaxy Note 10 about 2 months.
