Revealing OPPO smartphone with the ‘Waterfall Screen’ screen, two super-curved edges

OPPO Vice President Brian Shen today revealed images of a completely new smartphone. This smartphone owns a screen with two curved sides. However, unlike the traditional design of Samsung, the OPPO smartphone has much more curved edges and is nearly impossible to see the bezel border.

This OPPO new screen design is called ‘Waterfall Screen’. Accordingly, the left and right edges of the screen curve to 88 degrees, allowing the display screen to account for a very high percentage compared to the entire front of the smartphone.

The top and bottom edges of this smartphone are also very thin, without rabbit ears or water droplets, as well as perforated cameras. In the images revealed, we do not see the selfie camera, so OPPO will use the camera mechanism of indentation or hidden camera under the screen, which has been revealed before.

The screen of this OPPO smartphone also has the same 21: 9 ratio as the Sony Xperia 1, which means the screen is very long. Therefore, the experience of watching movies and playing games will be completely different from normal smartphones.

There is currently no information about this smartphone, the name or launch date has not been confirmed.
