Realme recently launched the Realme Watch 2, a successor to the first-generation Realme Watch and Watch S series that launched last year. The Realme Watch 2 launches with many notable upgrades, although the design hasn’t changed too much.
Realme Watch 2 is equipped with a square screen similar to Apple Watch. This screen is a 1.4-inch IPS LCD screen with 320 x 320 resolution and 600 nits of brightness. Realme is equipped with more than 100 different watch faces for users to customize according to their preferences, including animated ones. Clock only has a single button on the right edge, used to activate the menu.
Realme Watch 2 comes with more than 90 sports training modes, much more than the 14 modes in its predecessor. Similar to smartwatches released this year, the Realme Watch 2 also comes with a sensor that measures oxygen concentration in the blood (SpO2), in addition to the watch also has sleep quality monitoring modes and stress.
Realme Watch 2 is equipped with a 315mAh battery, double the 160mAh capacity in its predecessor. According to Realme, users can use up to 12 consecutive days with just one charge. In addition, the Realme Watch 2 is also equipped with IP68 water / dust resistance.
In terms of selling price, Realme Watch 2 will be sold in the Malaysian market at a price of 229 MYR, equivalent to about 1.29 million VND. It is not clear whether Realme plans to bring this product to the Vietnamese market in the near future.
