Realme launched its first laptop: 2K screen, 11th generation Intel chip, thin and light, priced from 14.4 million VND

Today (August 18), Realme has officially launched Realme Book – its first laptop model within the framework of the event held in China. In some other markets like India, this product is launched under another name as Realme Book Slim.

Despite its thin and light design, the Realme Book is still equipped with a powerful configuration, enough to become a “portable PC” and capable of fully meeting all the needs of users.

It has a 14-inch display with 2K resolution (2160 x 1440 pixels), 3:2 aspect ratio, and 100% sRGB color gamut. The screen of the machine has a maximum brightness of up to 400 nits, the screen-to-body ratio reaches 90% – much higher than Apple’s MacBook Air. In addition, the border of the screen is also made very thin, only 5.3mm on the left, right and top edges.

The Realme Book has a metal chassis with a minimalist design, the back contains the Realme logo and a backlit keyboard. The device is equipped with an HD camera on the top edge of the screen for video calling, while the power button acts as a fingerprint sensor. The device weighs only 1.38 kg, is 14.9 mm thin and is sold in two color options, Blue and Gray.

Inside, Realme Book brings hardware power from Intel’s 11th generation Core i3 and Core i5 processors, with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 512GB PCIe SSD. This laptop is integrated with Intel Iris Xe Graphics graphics card and comes pre-installed with Windows 10 operating system when sold, supporting updating to Windows 11 in the future.

The Realme Book has two USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports, one USB-A 3.2 port, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device comes with a 54Whr battery, supporting 65W super fast charging and 30W Dart Charge, with the ability to charge from 0% to 50% in just 30 minutes. In addition, it is also equipped with a dual fan system for better heat dissipation even when handling heavy tasks.

Realme’s first laptop is equipped with dual speakers tuned by Harman Kardon, noise cancellation with dual microphones, Wi-Fi 6 support and PC Connect feature – allowing users to use Realme smartphones to connect to laptops. via Wi-Fi Direct.

As expected, Realme Book will officially hit shelves in India from August 30 with a starting price of Rs 46999 (about 14.4 million) for Core i3, 8GB RAM and 256GB PCIe SSD. Meanwhile, the more advanced Core i5 version with 8GB RAM + 512GB PCIe SSD costs Rs 59999 (about VND 18.4 million).
