Yesterday (6/2), Realme – OPPO sub-brand has launched a new low-cost phone model in India market called Realme C3. At the same time, this is also the first Helio G70 smartphone in the world, designed to bring smoother gaming to low-cost devices.
Specifications and features
The Realme C3 is equipped with a 6.5-inch IPS LCD screen, supports HD + resolution (720 x 1600 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. Thanks to the water-drop design and rather thin bezels, the display of this phone almost occupies the entire front, up to 89.8%.
The back of the Realme C3 looks quite eye-catching with various dark green / red streaks, using rough plastic material and has scratches and milling marks, thus bringing the most comfortable grip feeling for users without fear of sticking to sweat or fingerprints.
Inside, Realme C3 carries on its hardware power comes from MediaTek’s Helio G70 processor, clocked at 2.0GHz and built on a 12nm process. The chipset is combined with ARM G52 GPU, up to 4GB RAM and up to 64GB internal memory. In addition, the device also has a microSD card slot so users can expand the storage capacity when needed.
Moving to the back, the Realme C3 is equipped with a vertical dual camera and placed at the top left corner, including a 12MP main sensor with f / 1.8 aperture and a 2MP depth sensor with f / 2.4 aperture.
This camera cluster also supports AI, PDAF fast focus, LED flash, HDR mode, Panorama, slow-motion video recording and 1080p video. Meanwhile, the selfie camera on the front has a resolution of 5MP f / 2.4 aperture, supports AI beauty and panorama selfie.
The Realme C3 comes with a 5000mAh battery but does not support fast charging. However, this device supports wired reverse charging for other devices. Without a fingerprint sensor, users will only be able to unlock the device with a password and a face.
Other Realme C3 features include 4G VoLTE connectivity, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, microUSB 2.0, 3.5mm headphone jack and dual SIM support. It comes with a Realme UI interface when it comes out, comes with some new features like Smart Gestures, 3-finger screenshot, dual-mode music sharing and personal information protection.
Price and release time
Realme C3 will be sold from February 14 in India via e-commerce site Flipkart with prices starting from 6999 Rupees (about 2.3 million) for 3GB RAM + 32GB version. Meanwhile, 4GB RAM + 64GB version costs more and is priced at Rs 7999 (equivalent to VND 2.6 million). The device has 2 color options, Red and Blue.
