Today (March 5), Realme – OPPO’s sub-brand has just launched a new low-cost smartphone in Malaysia, called Realme C21. This is considered an upgraded version of the Realme C20 that the company introduced in Vietnam in January this year.
Realme C21 owns 6.5 inch LCD screen with “water drop” design, HD + resolution (720 x 1600 pixels) and an aspect ratio of 20: 9. The screen of the device occupies 89.5% of the front area, with TUV Rheinland low blue light certification.
On the inside, the handset is powered by MediaTek’s Helio G35 processor, paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of memory. In addition, users can also expand the storage capacity through the microSD card.
Moving to the back, the Realme C21 is equipped with a 3-camera system located in a square module, consisting of a 13MP main sensor and two 2MP secondary sensors. On the front, the device has a 5MP camera for taking selfies and video calling.
The Realme C21 comes with a 5000mAh battery, but only supports 10W normal charging through the microUSB port. The phone supports 2 SIMs, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS and has a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Price and time of release
Currently, Realme C21 is being sold on e-commerce site Lazada in Malaysia for MYR 499 (about 2.8 million). The device has two color versions for users to choose from, including Blue and Black.
