The work of perfecting institutions, mechanisms and policies, and creating a legal environment for digital transformation has received attention from leadership and direction, and has achieved positive results.

Along with the laws that are being developed, submitted to the National Assembly, the Government, and the Prime Minister have issued 16 important documents on digital transformation in 2022 (including 4 Decrees, 1 Government Resolution and 10 Decisions, 1 Decision of the Government and 10 Decision No. 1 Directive of the Prime Minister), especially the National Strategy on Development of the Digital Economy and Society to 2025, with Orientation to 2030. Information technology infrastructure and digital platforms continue to be developed at the central and local levels to better meet the needs of digital transformation.
