Overview of investment in Vietnamese startups in 2021

Nextrans Vietnam Venture Fund has just released its Vietnam startup report for 2021. According to this report, investment capital in Vietnamese startups last year set a record with a total value of more than $1.3 billion.

Areas of interest to investors are Fintech (financial technology); E-Commerce (e-commerce); Edtech (educational technology); Medtech (medical technology); SaaS (software as a service); Proptech (real estate technology); Foodtech (food technology); ESG (investment according to Environmental – Social – Governance criteria).
