Taiwanese company ible Technology won the Innovation Award at the International Consumer Electronics Day (CES) 2023 with its Airvida T1 headset and air purifier.

According to Interesting Engineering , the Airvida T1 air purifier won out of 2,100 products participating at CES 2023 held in Las Vegas, USA, from January 5 to 8.

According to the announcement, Airvida T1 is the world’s first ear-worn air purifier ion device. This headset can cancel noise and can be used to listen to music.

The device also comes with a mobile app. This means users can receive instant notifications about air quality.

Airvida T1 generates more than 2 million negative ions that cover the user’s face. Negative ions from the device will attach to harmful viruses in the air near them. The machine will turn them into larger and heavier blocks, which will then fall to the ground.

Accordingly, Airvida T1 can remove most pollen, fine dust and viruses, including the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

In addition, the app sends an air quality notification every morning. Thereby, users can deal with airborne contaminants and allergens they may encounter during the day.
